Design Notes
We set this part to realize expressing BBa_K3396002 and BBa_K3396003 into the same cell through transforming only one kind of plasmid.

The original Trim21 is expressed in human. We did the truncation based on the protein domain information given in Uniprot.FRB is from human mTOR and FKBP is from the survey on literature. The sequence of GFP-nano we use came from a patent.P2A is used to express two peptides with only one RBS.
